Manufacturing process

Ø1600 fork type rotating payoff frame

4.1.1 The pay-off frame is forked cantilever structure with a maximum load of 12T. 4.1.2 The pay-off is driven by a separate AC variable frequency motor with variable frequency speed regulation. 4.1.3 The bobbin clamping is end-shaft type and driven by an independent motor to clamp and relax the bobbin. 4.1.4 The pay-off tension is controlled by pneumatic, the tension size is 10-150KG, which can be adjusted at will in stopping and running state. 4.1.5 The pay-off frame can rotate synchronously with the take-up frame, can be fixed without rotation, or can be rotated by manual control pointing. 4.1.6 The brake of the payoff frame adopts pneumatic brake device. 4.1.7 Each payoff frame is equipped with an operating station, which can control the payoff frame to rotate or stop point by point.

4.7.1 Maximum over cable core: Ø120. 4.7.2 The structure of the tapingmachine is half tangent type, double support form before and after, driven by AC frequency conversion motor alone, frequency control, with left and right function; through the electrical control can be single-action or linkage control; the equipment is equipped with emergency stop, click button. The machine is equipped with emergency stop and start button. It has belt break and finish belt alarm. 4.7.3 Adopt front and rear double support, rolling steel belt armored device; the armored rotating body adopts frame structure, the steel belt is adjusted by guide rollers, easy and safe operation. 4.7.4 Wrapping material for steel tape and other metal wrapping materials. 4.7.5 The belt tension is controlled by
